Remember to bring your permission forms to practice . The price is $50 for the first team, $50 for the second and the third one is free.

ATHLETIC CONTRACT. 

Please go to forms and letters and print off the athletic contract.  This must be signed and handed in by Friday  after the MARCH BREAK to make you an official member of the track and field team.  You can not participate in any meets without this sheet signed.   

Attention all athletes.    In order to be the best we can be  we have to attend practice on a regular basis.  It is the coaching staffs policy  that you attend 16 practices by the south zones in the second week in may.  There will no exceptions.  You should also be aware  that just having enough practices to attend the meet is really not fair to you and the team.  It is difficult to be your best   when you only have 16 practices.  It is considered the bare minimum.  Your attendance will be posted on the track and field bulletin board and in the practice and meet folder.    Also please bring in your money.  Sincerely the coaching staff.
